Loved our rooms with a beautiful view. The location was ideal and top, for example, Onsen-ji was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. The staff was highly professional and especially helpful in any situation.

The room was extremely spacious and huge with perfect view, shower to ourselves, bathroom, and all other comforts. Its location around 10-15 minutes walk from Onsenji Temple was favourable and perfect.

Absolutely fantastic and incredibly beautiful place with free Wi-Fi and casual restaurant. Very friendly staff throughout. The rooms with a beautiful decor. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Extra special stay, as always.

The property is clean; well priced and a nice size rooms; very comfy bed. Highly professional and professional people are working. The location is ideal and unbeatable, to many places of interest. There is dessert restaurant Soft Kobo, set 600 feet walk away. When I am in Toyooka, I like staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at a traditional ryokan in the heart of Kinosaki Onsen. With a view over the canal, we enjoyed the lively atmosphere of the town and the beautiful stone bridges. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to prepare meals for us. The hot springs were a highlight, and we loved experiencing the Japanese bathing culture. we highly recommend this ryokan for a relaxing and authentic stay in Kinosaki Onsen.

Stayed at a reasonably spacious and huge room with tatami floors, private garden and tea. The hotel was in a favourable and unbeatable location next to numerous shops and restaurants, and the centre of the onsen area for what we wanted it for.

All was spot on, nothing to complain about.

We had the perfect Japanese experience at this hotel. It was super clean, with amazing facilities. We loved the hotel's location right on the canal, with the train station within walking distance or a free shuttle down the street. The staff was extremely helpful, teaching us how to wear our Yukatas and providing us with complimentary tea. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious.
